Cancellation and Refund Policy
We are truly happy when our customers are satisfied and the services we provide bring joy and happiness to families and relationships. However, we all are humans and there might occur situations where You might be willing to either amend or cancel your order. This page is aimed at answering the questions that might arise regarding the topic in question.
General terms on Cancellation of an Order
Customer has legal right to cancel his or her order within 30 days after receipt of the service on the basis of reasonable grounds.
Receipt of the service stands for either a completed online registration only or received physical gift package that includes Star Registration Certificate and Star Map.
Reasonable grounds for cancellation are instances where gift package received is damaged or contains faulty information, which was not entered by the customer. In the following cases customer also has a legal right to demand repeated delivery of a service free of charge.
Customer has a right to cancel his Online Registration only without having reasonable grounds within 7 days after receipt of the service.
In cases of online Star Registration only customer has legal right to amend his or her registration information in the registry within 30 days after receipt of the service free of charge even on occasions where the customer has made a mistake during filling the registration information.
Customer has no grounds to cancel his or her order on the basis of delayed delivery of the gift package. Star register bears responsibility only for the services it provides whereas delivery companies are third party contractors.
Customer has no grounds to cancel his or her order later than 30 days since receipt of the services in cases of reasonable grounds or later than 7 days in cases of Online Registration only without having reasonable grounds.
General terms on Refunds
Customer has a legal right to demand and receive a refund after cancelled order on the basis of reasonable grounds.
Customer has no grounds to receive a refund before the order has been accepted as cancelled on reasonable grounds.
Customer has legal rights to receive a full refund within 7 days after after order has been approved as cancelled.
Refunded money will be transferred back to the same payment account from which the payment was initially received.
