Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are checking this page, something must have gone wrong. We can assure you that our aim is to give you the best services during your purchase.You can always contact our customer support in case there are any problems with the services or an order in particular.

The refund policy of the company is based on the following rules:

Customer has a legal right to cancel his or her order on the basis of reasonable grounds after the receipt.

Receipt of the service stands for either a completed online registration only or received physical gift package. 

Reasonable grounds for physical cancellation 

* are instances where a gift package received is damaged. In the following cases  a customer also has a legal right to demand repeated delivery of a service free of charge.

* if the information entered by the customer is wrong, a customer has a right to get a promo code to redo his order during 1 hour after the order is completed. Otherwise the customer pays for shipping and printed copies of the new order. All the orders are being printed in 6 h. The company does not refund the orders that are made incorrectly by the customer. 

The company does not hold responsibility if the shipping address has been filled up incorrectly. The shipping fee will be charged in case of second delivery.

Reasonable grounds for digital cancellation

* if the customer has made a mistake during filling the registration information customer has the right to get a promo code during 30 days after the registration

* digital orders are refunded by promo codes that cover the sum of money a customer has spent before

Customer has no grounds to cancel his or her order on the basis of delayed delivery of the gift package. A company takes responsibility only for the services it provides whereas delivery companies are third party contractors.

A customer has a full right to cancel an order in case if services of the company have not been fulfilled and it does not depend on the third party contract.

Dear Customers, please note that if you have received a damaged order by the express delivery, submit a PHOTO/VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED PACKAGE as a proof that it had been damaged during the transportation. In this case we guarantee you a resend free of charge.

General terms on Refunds

Customer has a legal right to demand and receive a refund after canceled order on the basis of reasonable grounds.

Customer has no grounds to receive a refund before the order has been accepted as cancelled on reasonable grounds.

Customer has legal rights to receive a full refund within 7 days after after order has been approved as canceled.

Refunded money will be transferred back to the same payment account from which the payment was initially received.
